How to make Rosé hamburg steak

  • 1. Put patty over the pan

    On a hot pan, put two tablespoons of oil and half a cup of water. Place the patty and cover it with the lid.

  • 2. Flip patty

    Flip every minute. If the water evaporates completely, please add a little more.

  • 3. Add rosé sauce

    When the patty is evenly cooked and golden brown, add rosé sauce to the same pan and bring to a boil.

  • 4. Put cheese

    Put cheese over the patty and cover with the lid. Let it cook until the cheese is melted and sprinkle parsley on top.
