How to make malatang

1. Soak the noodle
Soak the glass noodles in warm water as its fully submerged for 10 minute and heat up the wok at highest heat.

2. Put sauce and stir ingredients
Place all vegetables, meat, and soup base and mala sauce into a pot.
*It deepens the taste when stir fried for about 2 to 3 minute.

3. Add water and boil
Add 24oz (700ml) of water and add glass noodle into the pot. When it boils, then boil for another 10-15 minutes.

4. Ready to eat
When the glass noodle is fully cooked, add sesame peanut sauce to your liking.
*Do not put sesame peanut sauce if you are allergic to nut products. It contains peanuts.
